Please do not submit duplicate entries.

If you mistakenly enter an incorrect ticket serial number, please follow the user guide to delete the incorrect information in your personal account.

Please ensure that the information provided during membership registration is accurate.

If the verification email address is entered incorrectly, it cannot be changed due to mobile phone binding and will require 1–2 business days for backend staff to correct.

If this results in missing the registration period, late registrations will not be accepted. Thank you for your understanding.

The list of winners will be announced on a selected date prior to the performance.
