Art and culture instill cultivation in society and allow cultural values to take root

    "Wolves Valley Entertainment Co., Ltd.," a subsidiary of the Wanin International Group, was officially renamed "Wanin Visual Enterprise" in early November 2023. It aspires to delve into the culture and entertainment industry by investing more energy and innovation.

    In light of the Wanin International Group's endeavors in developing the gaming field, Wolves Valley Entertainment founded the "Wolves Valley Entertainment Channel," the first 4K television channel in the country, to provide esports enthusiasts with content service. Besides continuing to offer high-quality content, the renaming of Wanin Visual Enterprise also symbolizes the Group's expansion from the gaming industry to the film and television industry, treating it as the Group's second core business by engaging in cultural production, and investment in film and television content. Furthermore, the firm has collaborated with the Taiwan Creative Content Agency and industry leaders to promote Taiwanese film and television production, blending unique local cultural values into the creations to develop premium film and television content that are endowed with entertainment and cultural qualities. In doing so, the aim is to demonstrate our love and care for the land, applying them to the art and culture industry to vigorously engage in cultural development based on the ideals of the common good and co-prosperity.

    In terms of film and television, we have diverse operations in production and development, international co-production, international distribution business and marketing teams. The Company expects to produce ten films/series over the next three years. In terms of investment and distribution, initially, we will focus on Asian content to progressively promote Taiwanese culture to the global market. In response to the Taiwan Creative Content Agency's partnership with telecommunications companies to establish an NTD3 billion investment fund for film and television content, Wanin Visual Enterprise will support the government's policy to significantly increase our participation in film and television content in order to export them to the international community in conjunction with industry partners. At the same time, Wanin Visual Enterprise is also involved in diverse entertainment businesses to delve into the field of esports live broadcasts, and continue to manage online influencers and streamers through endorsements, events and band promotions. We will assist our streamers to establish a more comprehensive business development model and tap into a broader market through crossover collaborations.
